The bilingual virtual information portal has introduced a new section dedicated to farm animals. The addition will deliver engaging, interactive content with a specific focus on beef and dairy cattle, swine, and poultry.

“There’s a dearth of information and educational content relevant to Canadian veterinary professionals whose practice focuses on, or includes, farm animals,” says CommuniVET’s senior account director, Katia Bisson. “CommuniVET wants to address this unmet need for its new and existing members by providing continuing education, up-to-date scientific information, and practical tools related to farm animals in a variety of engaging formats, such as webcasts, videos, scientific reviews, and more.”

“Over the past five years, [we have] established a solid reputation among companion animal veterinary professionals from coast-to-coast,” adds the group’s president, Caroline Desforges. “We want to build on this success to extend some of the same learning opportunities to Canadian veterinarians and technicians with a specialization in farm animals.”

To access the newly added farm animal-related news and updates—including forthcoming, content-specific communications—members can update their profile settings on CommuniVET.com.
