Winnipeg Humane Society seizes more than 130 small dogs

The Winnipeg Humane Society (WHS) is overwhelmed with the number of animals in its care following a recent seizure of over 130 small dogs from a Winnipeg, Man., residence. The WHS is working closely with the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian-Animal Welfare (OPV-AW) to provide shelter and care for these dogs.
